Who can participate?

This award is open to all interested companies with customer contact, regardless of the target group to which the company is focused on. Participation is possible for both locally-based companies as well as for the entire company or holding companies with subsidiaries in England.

Procedure

The participation in the European Service Value Awards proceeds as follows:

  1. Registering for participation
  2. Coordinating the timing
  3. Sending the management questionnaire
  4. Completing and returning the management questionnaire
  5. Providing the online link for the customer interviews
  6. Field phase: customer interviews
  7. Evaluating and reporting on the management and customer interviews
  8. Sending the scorecard
  9. Option for the award „Britain’s Best Companies 2016“
